I have extensive training and professional experience working with adults and older adults using Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Schema Therapy and received my certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies through the Trauma Research Foundation. I work predominantly with anxiety (including Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), depression, and infertility/reproductive loss. I am a past-faculty member at The Weill Cornell Medical College Institute of Geriatric Psychiatry and serve on the board of The Westchester County Psychological Association (WCPA).
