Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and understood. I work with a wide variety of clients but what they all have in common is the courage it takes to show up and tell their stories. We all struggle with various inner parts that hijack us sometimes. You may be quite familiar with your own inner Judge, Critic, or Taskmaster (to name a few of the most ubiquitous hijackers). I truly admire clients who share their often messy, sometimes aching, always-in-progress stories. I believe there is tremendous power in the act of speaking our truths aloud.
