As a clinical social worker, my goal is to help you deal with stresses and challenges that you are experiencing. In therapy sessions, we will work together to find solutions and help improve your coping skills to enhance your quality of life. My orientation is psychodynamic but I also draw from other orientations. For the past 30+ years, I have worked with individuals and couples to explore a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life style choices, career decisions and adjusting to normal life transitions.
