I am a seasoned clinician with a genuine interest in the well being of my patients. I have over 25 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, families and couples. Using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral treatment and a family systems approach, I provide a safe supportive environment where people learn to feel empowered and acquire the tools to help themselves. I am skilled in treating depression and anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders and marriage and family issues.
