Finding the right therapist is extremely important. The strength of client-therapist bond privides the positive and accepting atmosphere in which issues of mind/spirit/body may be addressed. By exploring and addressing the roots of current problems, resolution and healing can be manifested in the client's life. My focus for each client is to maximize their potential. I take a conversational-collaborative and eclectic approach as I work with clients with various issues. My clients set goals and leave therapy with the skills they need. Sessions usually occur weekly in an effort to maintain a constructive intensity toward self-awareness and restoration.
