I see adults in person for individual counseling. Often, clients identifying as LGBTQ + feel comfortable here; it’s a space to speak freely about all issues and concerns without fear of judgement or discrimination. Because no two clients are the same, I tailor sessions to your needs. Clients working on gender identity, sexuality, depression, anxiety, substance use or who have a history of trauma may find that my active, trauma-informed approach aligns with their experience. I have significant training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Somatic work and Polyvagal theory. We can work together to explore what tools are best for you.
