I understand how difficult and scary it can be to take this first step and reach out for help and support. Life sometimes is not easy and we find ourselves navigating issues such as trauma, parenting, relationships. or unexpected loss. My style is oriented around growth and strength. I am here and ready to help. I specialize in trauma work and am trained in EMDR. Currently I have almost completed level 2 Sensory Motor Psychotherapy which is another modality to treat trauma. I also work with clients who are experiencing infertility and understand the stress, isolation and emotional pain due to this struggle.
