Welcome to my practice! My name is Deb and I am a licensed therapist in Florida, Virginia and New York. I am committed to meeting you exactly where you are at in your journey. I use a gentle wholistic approach and will encourage you to move at whatever pace is comfortable for you. I also incorporate humor into sessions when appropriate.
