You have taken the first step to explore accepting therapy and you should feel proud that you have decided to get help. This has been a very challenging time for us all. The issues which were troubling you: stress in your relationships with family and friends or life changes/separation, divorce, retirement, illness or loss may have intensified during the pandemic. The stressful time we are living through may also contribute to your suffering. Please consider working with me to feel better.
