I am here for you (or your family or couple) to help clarify thoughts and feelings, build tolerance and empathy, strengthen control over behavior, and employ better strategies for connection and freedom. I am an experienced, licensed, Masters-level psychotherapist in NY State, with ten additional (postgraduate) years of institute training, including couple and family therapy (Ackerman Institute for the Family). I have worked for over a decade with adults, couples, children/adolescents, and families.
