I use a psychodynamic lens to gently uncover unconscious patterns while drawing from spiritual and embodied practices to foster healing. Through a culturally sensitive, feminist, and social justice framework (which includes a collective liberation lens), I create a space where your personal and collective narratives matter. We’ll explore how past and intergenerational experiences shape your present behaviors, relationships, and inner world, building trust through empathic, open-ended dialogue.
