I have over 30 years of experience as a licensed therapist, specializing in therapy for individuals, couples, teens, and children dealing with a variety of life, relationship, and/or personal challenges. I emphasize brief, solution-focused therapy/cognitive-behavioral therapy, treatment of mood disorders, stress and anger management, and substance abuse. I practiced for many years in both private practice and adolescent residential treatment settings in Southern California. Now operating as a licensed MFT in Ogdensburg, New York. I also hold an earned Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
