As a former hospice bereavement coordinator with grief training from David Kessler, I can help bring hope to misery. I provide a safe place to feel heard and validated as you walk through an overwhelming maze of pain. You'll learn that you're not doing anything wrong; grief is hard! Instead of simply medicating the pain, we will do real work to address and heal from long-buried conflicts and new heartaches, moving toward a deeper and more lasting wellness. We'll learn that joy and happiness can exist right beside grief, and we'll discover tools to maintain connection to your loved one while learning how to honor them. View 4 Photos Too often, grieving people are seen as just not being "tough" enough. They get quick assessments and kneejerk prescriptions to try to help them "get back to normal." Instead, we'll come to understand that real strength is being able to give the pain you feel a legitimate place in your life, while not allowing it to have the only place in your life.
