Hello and welcome to my practice. Taking the first step is often the hardest. I am here to help you on this journey to find healing and balance among the struggles you may encounter in life. I've been providing counseling for over 25 years and work with individuals ages 11 and up. I specialize in helping those with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, substance abuse, women's issues, low self-esteem, and those trying to navigate everyday stress and overwhelm. My goal is to meet you where you're at on your journey. My Certified Therapy dog, Coco, is also present for those clients interested. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, and a holistic approach to wellness. My advanced certification in Integrative Mental Health and certification in functional nutrition allow me to help explore how diet and lifestyle affect mood. My clients find me easy to talk to, compassionate, and goal oriented.
