Are you struggling with a relationship with a spouse/partner, adult child, parent, other family member, friend, or colleague? Misunderstandings and conflict can cause us tremendous emotional, and even significant physical, distress. I specialize in helping clients consider their troubled relationship through a different lens. We’ll focus on what you CAN control and change, with special attention given to “cleaning up” unhelpful thought patterns and beliefs that may be self-defeating. We’ll also focus on YOU - identifying your needs and life priorities, and how best to support those in this relationship and other areas of your life.
