My ideal client, (maybe you!) realizes that they have had enough. The therapy I offer is neurodiversity-affirming therapy, body positive, and sex positive. This means that I believe therapy should be inclusive; a path to overcome obstacles with clients regardless of the natural variations in their human experience and how they identify. As a psychiatric rehabilitation counselor and vocational counselor, my clients have spanned the neurodiversity umbrella but had issues that we all have-dating, getting a job, maintaining a job, dealing with difficult family members. I want to provide you with psychoeducation around these issues. I have 6 years of experience as a rehabilitation counselor working with individuals with various disabilities, mostly those who are under the neurodiversity umbrella ie, autism, ADHD, OCD etc. I also am a firm believer that your emotions are stored in your body, and have good understanding of somatic symptoms that often occur with anxiety & depression.
