Dr. Davis is not accepting new clients as of 1/23/25. I provide individual therapy to adults. I work holistically, consider the whole person and believe in the connections between mind, body and spirit; thoughts, feelings and behaviors and the past and the present. I work actively with clients to identify and gain a better understanding of the influence of past experiences, inner conflicts and struggles and self-defeating thought and behavior patterns on current difficulties. We will develop strategies to remove barriers, build on strengths and capabilities, and develop effective coping strategies.
