My desire is to help people reclaim their lives from depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, and relationship pain. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to heal but need support, tools, and hope. In a safe, non-judgmental space, we work together to rebuild confidence, restore connection, and create a life filled with meaning, strength, and joy. You deserve to thrive — not just survive — and I’m here to walk with you every step of the way. My specialty lies in helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. I draw on over 12 years of experience as a Licensed Psychology Associate and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), utilizing my training from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and Bowie State University.
