About
As a Clinical Career Counselor I will guide you in a deeper exploration of professional goals and career identity. We will work collaboratively to assess your strengths, internal barriers, values, work style and development needs in order to formulate a personal definition of success and map out viable strategies for actualizing your goals. I provide a framework to facilitate career decision-making, advancement and change through supportive, solution-focused counseling and assessment. To smooth your career transition, I also offer assistance in resume and cover letter writing, Linked-In profile development, job search management, interview preparation and negotiating/evaluating job offers. I have been providing career counseling to a diverse population of adults since 1986. Prior to establishing my practice, I was Career Counseling Director for one of the largest human service agencies in the US. In addition, I coordinated a post-master's training program for career counselors at Queens College.
