As children we have minimal control over our lives. Knowing how we have been affected by the people and environments we were in can be helpful in moving past those early experiences that may be holding us back. Hi, I'm Debra Rice, a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience. I take clients into my practice if they have decided it's time to feel better about themselves and make positive changes in their lives. I know that wanting something better doesn't always come with an instruction booklet. My goal is to help my clients see the light at the end of the tunnel and together we create a roadmap to a better, happier life.
