My name is Debra Solseng, and I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I work via telehealth statewide and in person in Costa Mesa, California. My clients are adults who want to improve their mood and/or decrease their anxiety. I typically work with adults who want to feel better about themselves and their lives. Talking about life’s ups and downs in a confidential environment contributes to feeling better. Thinking in cognitive behavioral terms offers tools to work through negative thoughts and feelings. I use EMDR when working through past and present traumas.
