I believe what I bring to the table is the ability to listen, to hear, and to hold space for you and your story, with a nonjudgmental mind and open heart. At times I understand that people might not know what they want from therapy-they just know they want to feel better. Other times people come in with very detailed ideas of what they want. I start out the same with everyone. I teach people how to become more aware/mindful of their thoughts, feelings, and actions, so we can identify what they truly want and the steps to achieve the desired outcome. My role is to encourage individuals and couples with self exploration, assist with identifying habitual patterns, and to support the discovery of a path to personal growth and change.
