I am a second generation Syrian-American Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Brooklyn, New York. I lead with curiosity. My approach is holistic, eclectic, client-centered, and collaborative. I integrate trauma and somatic informed modalities, mindfulness-based practices, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), or parts-work, to support individuals in noticing patterns and making choices to live more liberated lives. I believe that all humans have the capacity to rewire their brains, reframe narratives, heal and connect with their most joyful and authen​tic selve​s​.
