Are you feeling stuck in old patterns or burdened by generational struggles? Deepa helps clients uncover their past to gain a deeper understanding of their present. She enjoys working with anxiety, depression, and generational trauma, but also welcomes other challenges that you might be facing. She believes that we have within us all of the resources we need to lead healthy and fulfilling lives. Being a first-generation American, Deepa has an intrinsic appreciation of the special plight that children of immigrants face. She aspires to bring her unique perspective to these individuals and all those who may feel different. She hopes to guide her clients in overcoming feelings of difference and inadequacy and to feel more accepting of themselves. Being a native Washingtonian, she has always lived amongst a diverse population and strives to make everyone feel comfortable and understood. Deepa primarily works with adults but also has experience working with children.
