Hi all. My name is Deidre and I have been a social worker and therapist for 12 years. I have worked primarily with adults in crisis management roles but love change-based therapy and watching real, tangible benefits bloom when motivated individuals want a better life for themselves and their most important relationships. Often, people come to therapy when something is going wrong in their lives. This is a great place to start, and my hope is that by working together, we can identify the underlying reason for issues you're experiencing and learn to apply solutions more broadly. Our first session will be led by you and by me. You choose what to tell me. A little or a lot. My support looks like consolidating what you've told me into short-term and long-term goals, so we have a direction in which to start working. There is no expectation for our first session and no pressure.
