If you’ve been holding it together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside, you don’t have to sort it out alone. I support young adults, teens, and families hoping to feel more grounded, open, and confident in their ability to navigate the highs and lows of life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and affirming of the many identities and relationships that shape who you are. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been weighing on you and find ways forward that feel honest and sustainable. I integrate evidence-based methods like motivational interviewing, harm reduction therapy, ACT, EMDR, yoga, and mindfulness to support mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use.
