I am a licensed social worker and psychotherapist, proudly born, raised, and educated in Baltimore, Maryland. I am passionate about helping people address trauma, begin healing, increase their self-awareness, remove barriers, and learn healthy ways to cope so they can live their best lives. I specialize in treating a range of mental, behavioral, and emotional health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and PTSD. I use a variety of treatment modalities with an individualized approach tailored specifically to you, because every person’s situation is unique.
