I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor privileged to help trauma survivors overcome barriers which prohibit experiencing life at its best. My work is holistic and client centered. I’m trained in and use a variety of theories and interventions to facilitate healing and personal goal achievement to include Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Therapy is hard but rewarding work, it’s a commitment to yourself to change the trajectory of your life’s journey.
