In my role as a therapist, I consider it a privilege to be a part of my client’s healing journey. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to enhance insight, growth and change. Although the past informs the present, it does not have to determine or limit the future. Engaging in therapy can assist you in restoring hope, increasing self-awareness, and improving your connection to yourself and others. Using a holistic perspective to understand my clients' presenting concerns, I strive to create a nonjudgemental space for my clients to bring all of who they are to our work together. Because human beings are multifaceted, encompassing multiple identities and a myriad of life experiences, I respect that each person’s healing journey is uniquely their own. As a psychologist, I believe in meeting each person where they are in their life journey and in working collaboratively with them on moving toward their therapeutic and personal goals.
