Life can bring many challenges, and my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space to help you navigate them. I believe healing begins when you feel seen, heard, and supported. I offer a calm and nurturing space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without pressure or judgment. I work with adults and couples who are coping with medical conditions, health-related stress, or major changes in their lives. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what they need. Together, we slow things down, explore what’s getting in the way, and create new ways of caring for yourself.
