Hi, I’m really passionate about helping people find healing and growth through connection and conversation. I’ve had the privilege of working in community mental health with children, teens, young adults, and families. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how powerful relationships can be in creating change and how important it is to feel seen and heard. I especially enjoy working with children, adolescents, and teens as they explore who they are and how they fit within their families and the world around them.
