My goal is to cultivate a positive therapeutic relationship with you that provides a base of support as we navigate these challenges together. In my work I incorporates a variety of methods/techniques, including art, experiential, somatic, and play based therapy interventions to facilitate healing in a holistic approach that highlights the brain/body connection. I specialize in working with children and adolescents who may be experiencing symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, ADHD, mood dysregulation, and identity exploration
