Accepting new clients! Are you struggling to find balance in your life? Are you feeling sad, anxious, out of control and that you don't know which way to go? By building relationships, I work with clients to create and effectively implement counseling goals which empower them to confront their challenges. I help clients to explore past and present struggles in a safe place without judgement or bias. Within the counseling setting, I provide an authentic experience that challenges clients to push past the feeling of being "stuck" and learn to let go of things you cannot change.
