I enjoy working with clients who want to gain insight into their emotions and behaviors. If you are wanting to learn more about your emotions, how your emotions interfere with accomplishing your goals, and how your behaviors impact your relationships, you are my ideal client. I utilize a systemic approach while working with clients and design treatment strategies that are highly effective in the reduction of symptoms. The therapeutic relationship is key to treatment success. My treatment orientation integrates Family Systems, Cognitive Restructuring, Experiential, Reality Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness. I have worked in community corrections with adolescents and continue to develop programs for children, teens, and adults who want to learn healthy ways of self-expression.
