About

I am a Louisville native and a University of Louisville Alumni. My bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Louisville in 2017. Then, I received my masters degree in 2020 from Lindsey Wilson College in Human Development, specializing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am currently a PhD-ABD doctoral student at Capella University in Counselor Education and Supervision. The wellness model includes working with the mind, body, and spirit. I incorporate each of these in my theoretical intervention. I am trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.
