Hello, my name is Demi and I'm excited that you are seeking support on your mental health journey! I like to meet my clients right where they're at. My practice is built on genuine curiosity, non-judgement and creating space for clients to be themselves. I really enjoy working with couples and those that identify as codependent or people-pleasers. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessions/compulsions, relational issues, insecurity and building healthy habits.
