My name is Denenea Conner. I’m a Licensed Clinical Therapist with over 18 years of working in Behavioral Health with diverse populations. My approach to therapy is personal-centered approach, empathic, and compassionate. I have worked with adults to address anxiety, depression, codependency, life transitions, stress, relationships, and substance use issues. My therapeutic approach will depend upon the needs of each individual client. However, I most frequently utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy with Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral therapy techniques.
