Hello and welcome! My name is Denielle Smith. I am a Marriage & Family Therapy Associate who enjoys working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who desire a safe space to express their thoughts and feelings. Reaching out for help might be one of the most difficult aspects of the therapeutic journey, but it is a step toward healing. As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I think about issues systemically, including how family dynamics influence how we think, feel, and behave. In the therapeutic partnership, my purpose is to support you on your journey of discovery and new perspectives. I encourage my clients to share their concerns while using a collaborative, experiential, and strength-based approach. I work with clients who have anxiety, depression, grieving, low self-esteem, childhood behavioral difficulties, relational difficulties, trauma, and race-based traumatic stress.
