I've dedicated my life to guiding young people and families on a ​journey toward emotional wellness. As a child, I was sensitive and often felt misunderstood. I had intense emotions ​and did not know how to express them appropriately. As I grew up, I learned ​more about managing my emotions and learned to understand and accept ​myself. It is my goal to give young people the same tools that have helped me so that they can grow up to be able to manage their emotions and self-regulate, leading to happy and healthy adult lives.
