Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. For the past 18 years, I have developed a therapeutic approach grounded in humanistic, strength-based, and trauma-informed. I am dedicated to helping clients facing complex trauma, OCD, chronic and severe mental illness, grief and loss, as well as those within the LGBTQ+ community. I believe that all people are capable of change and healing. Each of us possess unique strengths and harbor courage that when reclaimed can provide a path to hope, peace and happiness that we deserve.
