My name is Denise Bennett-Arabatzs, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin, you are not alone. I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space where they can speak openly, feel heard, and be met with compassion. Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and explore what brings you to therapy. It’s completely natural to feel a bit nervous; starting therapy is a meaningful step. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable to you, and I’ll be there to support and guide you as we build this process together.
