I work with children, individuals, couples, and families, and I aim to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you feel heard and valued. Therapy is a collaborative process. I meet you where you are and work alongside you toward meaningful change, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR.
