I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. I have over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults in both individual and group settings. I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, self-injury, and child therapy. One size does not fit all. No single approach is the right one for every person, which is why I use a range of treatment modalities, when working with my clients. I meet my client where they are at. We work together on developing healthy coping skills, creating goals, and challenging uncomfortable thoughts to alleviate life stress.
