My approach is not a one size fits all. I listen to your needs then use interventions accordingly. Some include: CBT (thoughts affect feelings, behaviors), Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, Person Centered Therapy. Also, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is helpful for clients to gain psychological flexibility with their thoughts and emotions.
