My name is Denise Fritts, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist working with young adult clients in California via telehealth. I utilize a collaborative, strengths-based, client-centered approach integrating aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and attachment. I believe the client is the expert on themself and strive to empower clients with insight and coping skills to make more intentional choices to become the best versions of themselves.
