I help clients understand themselves better by exploring the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Through increased self-awareness the client is able to focus on problem solving, value clarification, goal setting, and developing realistic solutions to their personal challenges. I use a holistic approach with emphasis on Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy .
