We all pass through difficult times in life. Divorce, relationship issues, medical problems, current or past traumas, financial issues, family conflict, grief and loss, academic, social and employment problems can impact us all. Depression and anxiety can be biological, rooted in adjustment and or stress, or a result of medical and substance abuse problems. My experience over the past 20 years providing group, individual and family treatment to adults and children has shown me there is no problem that can't be solved with the right combination of coaching, techniques, support and resources. I focus on generating solutions, providing emotional support and enhancing coping skills. I am trained in CBT, DBT, EMDR. Approach is solution focused and client cantered.
