Life is an ever shifting journey that proves more challenging at certain times than others. The challenges that we face are unique to each of us. It is my belief and the reason this work continues to be my passion, that having safe, compassionate, skilled relationships are what heal us and support our agency (I can!). As a therapist, I strive to offer work that is reparative and restorative to my clients' nervous systems. When clients feel that they belong, have an increased sense of hope and understanding of self, and can take another step forward I believe that I have done a large part of my job. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). I specialize in trauma work which includes developmental trauma and increased resolution of both past and present trauma. This trauma may have been ongoing over a period of time or an isolated incident.
