Struggling through emotional difficulties can feel overwhelming. Friends and family may not have the tools to help you get your life back on track. Coming to therapy is a tremendous step to facilitate change. I provide an empathic and understanding environment to help clients work through their problems. I believe that a genuine and real connection between therapist and client is a key component of the therapeutic process. My belief is that in order to change oneself, a fuller understanding of oneself must occur. Working together, we can explore issues and meet your counseling needs.
