Accepting New Clients in person at Riverton, Wyoming office and via telehealth throughout Wyoming and Oregon! Often people seek out a counselor when they experience crisis or become uncomfortable to the point of wanting to shift the way they walk in the world. This could be anything from relationship difficulties, depressive or anxious moods, angry outbursts, or insomnia. These issues are often just the tip of the iceberg, but by looking at what's beneath the surface, we can relieve the uncomfortable symptoms and change the patterns. As your therapist, I want to help you move into the the joy filled life you deserve. My goal is to see clients empowered and gain skills to navigate life in a more free manner.
